Shipping policy

GHANA
We deliver within 2 to 3 business days via third-party courier or regional bus services for local orders. For local deliveries, leave us an active phone number and keep your phone handy so the courier can reach you.

INTERNATIONAL

• Shipping Partner: Orders are sent via DHL Express, Tridol Express or Aramex.
• Shipping Cost: Our shipping partners charge a delivery fee based on the final destination and weight of your package. Prices displayed on the website do not include shipping and duties.
• Order Fulfillment: Orders are fulfilled Monday to Friday, between 8AM and 3PM GMT.
• Order Processing: Orders are shipped within 2 business days.
• Estimated Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 7-14 business days from the shipping date.
  UK and Europe: 7 to 10 business days
  USA and Canada: 7 to 14 business days
  Nigeria and West Africa: Delivered via interstate bus so you can collect from the bus station.
  
• Order Tracking: We will provide tracking numbers which you can use you track your package. For deliveries via interstate bus, we will send you the bus details and waybill number once your order is on its way.
• Customs & Duty Charges: We recommend contacting your local Customs & Tax office before placing your order as you may be required to pay import duties, customs and local sales taxes for your shipping destination.
