Refund policy
Returns
- Tampoori has a 10-day return policy. Customers have 10 days from item delivery to request a return.
- Returns received outside the 10-day window may not be processed or may only qualify for store credit.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging as well as the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Returns that are not made under the conditions stipulated may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.
- To initiate a return or exchange, email tampooristudio@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line and the reason for your return or exchange. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- If your return request is confirmed, our customer service team will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Shipment charges and import duties paid are non-refundable on returns.
- Tampoori will exchange items for other products of equal value. If the exchanged item is of lesser value, a store credit will be issued for the difference. If the exchanged item is of higher value, the customer will be charged the difference before the new order is shipped.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on exchanges.
- Shipment charges and import duties paid are non-refundable on exchanges.
Items with Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds & Store Credit
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- If approved, you will have the option of a refund or Store Credit.
- Refund: You will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund after we have requested it.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at tampooristudio@gmail.com.
- Store Credit: You will be issued with Tampoori store credit for the value of the returned items
- Your refund or store credit will be processed minus the cost of shipment charges and import duties paid.
Sale Items & Gift Cards
Tampoori cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
