Shipping policy

GHANA
We deliver via third-party courier for local orders. For local deliveries, leave us an active phone number and keep your phone handy so the courier can reach you.

INTERNATIONAL

• Shipping Partner: Orders are sent via Sendbox. 
• Shipping Cost: Sendbox charges a delivery fee based on the final destinationand weight of your package. Prices displayed on the website do not include shipping and duties.
• Order Fulfillment: Orders are fulfilled Monday to Friday, between 8AM and 5PM GMT.
• Order Processing: Orders are shipped within 2 business days.
• Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 5-7 business days from the shipping date.
• Order Tracking: Sendbox provides tracking number which you can use you track your package.
• Customs & Duty Charges: We recommend contacting your local Customs & Tax office before placing your order as you may be required to pay import duties, customs and local sales taxes for your shipping destination.
• Duty Charge Payment Refusal: If you refuse to pay customs and duty charges and reject the delivery, you may request that the item be returned to Tampoori.
• Refund Process for Rejected Deliveries: Once we receive the returned item, we will process a refund for the amount of your order, minus the cost of returning the items and the original shipping fee.
